Kermit the Frog

We cleaned out the huge concrete cistern and re-routed the downspouts from the roof of the barn into it so it fills with clean, fresh rain water. I now use this water to water my vegetable garden and have also turned the cistern into a goldfish pond with flowering water plants. A giant bullfrog has taken residence in it. Even though I love to eat frog legs, this guy is staying as our neighborhood bug eater. Of course we named him Kermit.
