Rates are per night, double occupancy.
A 50% deposit is required on booking to secure the rooms.
The balance is payable on arrival.
Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you can’t arrive between those times.
Check out time is 11:00am. Please let us know if you can’t check out by then.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
Pleasant Ridge is a non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside anywhere on the premises.
We are not able to accept pets.
Candles or incense are not allowed in the rooms.
Cancellation of your room reservation must be made 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before start date, room deposit will be retained.
