Pleasant Ridge Guest Policies
- Rates are per night, double occupancy.
- A 50% deposit is required on booking to secure the rooms.
- The balance is payable on arrival.
- Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you can’t arrive between those times.
- Check out time is 11:00am. Please let us know if you can’t check out by then.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pleasant Ridge is a non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside anywhere on the premises.
- We are not able to accept pets.
- Candles or incense are not allowed in the rooms.
- Cancellation of your room reservation must be made 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before start date, room deposit will be retained.
